Yes. ARISTIA RIDE shows a fixed price before asking for your contact details. That confirmed fare stays fixed for the booked route unless you change the booking details.
Which airports in Cyprus can I book transfers from?
You can book transfers from Larnaca International Airport (LCA) and Paphos International Airport (PFO), as well as trips to or from hotels, homes and other addresses across Cyprus.
Can I enter an exact hotel, villa or street address?
Yes. Pickup and destination are door-to-door fields. You can enter an airport, hotel, landmark, street or exact address in Cyprus.
Are ARISTIA RIDE drivers licensed?
Trips are dispatched only to approved drivers or transport providers whose mandatory licence, vehicle and insurance documents are valid in the platform.
What happens if my assigned driver can no longer do the trip?
ARISTIA RIDE can start reassignment while the current driver remains responsible until a replacement driver accepts. If the driver changes, your booking page is updated automatically.
How do I pay for the transfer?
For the launch model, the passenger pays the transport provider directly. ARISTIA RIDE manages the booking and charges the driver a platform commission after completed trips.
Can I request a child seat or accessibility support?
Yes. Special requirements can include a child seat, wheelchair or accessibility needs, oversized luggage, or another note. Availability is matched against suitable drivers and vehicles.
Can I cancel my booking online?
Yes. You can cancel from the secure booking page without creating an account. The applicable cancellation rules are shown in the booking terms.
Who operates ARISTIA RIDE?
ARISTIA RIDE is operated by I.T. ARISTIA LTD, a company registered in Cyprus. The platform manages the booking, driver assignment, communication and trip status while the transport is performed by an independent licensed provider.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Add your flight number when available so it can be used for pickup coordination. Once a driver is assigned, you can also communicate through the secure booking page. Final waiting-time and delay rules are governed by the booking terms.
