Marketplace Terms for Customers
ARISTIA RIDE is an online marketplace operated by I.T. ARISTIA LTD. It connects customers with licensed drivers. ARISTIA RIDE does not provide passenger transport.

Submitting a request does not book or guarantee transport. Eligible drivers may send their own price offers. You may accept an offer, wait for more offers or cancel the request. Only your acceptance of a driver offer creates the direct transport relationship with that driver. ARISTIA RIDE does not assign a driver and does not set or approve driver offers.

1. Marketplace role
I.T. ARISTIA LTD operates ARISTIA RIDE as an online marketplace and software service. ARISTIA RIDE does not own or operate the vehicles, employ the drivers, carry passengers, assign drivers, guarantee transport, or act as the provider of the transport service.
2. Transport requests and customer choice
A customer may submit route, date, passenger, luggage, flight and special-requirement information as a transport request. Eligible drivers decide whether to respond and may submit their own price offers. The request remains open to other eligible drivers until the customer accepts an offer, cancels, or the request expires. ARISTIA RIDE does not choose a driver for the customer.
3. Direct transport contract
When the customer accepts an identified driver offer, the direct transport relationship is between the customer and that driver. ARISTIA RIDE is not the carrier and is not a party to the underlying passenger transport contract. The driver remains responsible for lawful transport performance.
4. Fares, estimates and payment
ARISTIA RIDE may show a non-binding market price estimate based on route and request details. Each driver decides whether to submit an offer and enters its own proposed amount. ARISTIA does not set, negotiate or approve that offer. A driver offer and any accepted amount remain subject to mandatory taxi-fare, taximeter, regulated-tariff, surcharge, receipt, tax and consumer rules; mandatory law prevails over any displayed or accepted amount. Payment is made directly to the selected driver. The estimate, driver offer and accepted offer are recorded separately for marketplace/audit purposes.
5. Driver identity and eligibility verification
ARISTIA RIDE may require drivers to submit identity, professional licence, Road User Licence/vehicle, insurance, tax or business information and may restrict marketplace access where eligibility documents are missing, invalid or expired. Verification means only that submitted marketplace-eligibility information was checked; it is not a warranty, endorsement, agency relationship or guarantee of future compliance or performance.
6. Driver unavailability and new requests
If a selected driver becomes unavailable, ARISTIA RIDE does not automatically assign or substitute another driver. The customer may choose to reopen the request and review any new driver responses. A reopened request is a new marketplace search and does not guarantee availability.
7. Cancellations and transport conditions
ARISTIA RIDE may allow a customer to close or cancel a marketplace request. Once a driver has been selected, transport-specific conditions such as lawful cancellation charges, waiting time, no-show rules, luggage handling, accessibility arrangements and any other carriage terms are matters between the customer and driver, subject to mandatory law. Platform rules cannot remove mandatory consumer rights.
8. Reviews and marketplace presentation
Active driver offers are displayed to the customer in the order received. ARISTIA RIDE does not rank offers by price and does not recommend which offer the customer should accept. Marketplace eligibility before an offer may use objective factors such as active status, valid documents, service area, vehicle capacity/capabilities and request timing. The customer makes the final selection.
9. Platform availability and liability
ARISTIA RIDE is responsible for its own marketplace service to the extent required by law. It does not assume responsibility for acts or omissions of drivers, transport performance, driving, vehicle operation, driver fare compliance, delays, accidents or loss caused by the driver, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or where loss is caused by ARISTIA RIDE’s own breach. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Data, communications and records
ARISTIA RIDE may process customer and driver information necessary to operate the marketplace, verify eligibility, prevent fraud, deliver notifications, provide secure messaging/translation, maintain transaction records, handle reviews and comply with law. Drivers may use customer information only for the selected/requested transport and lawful related purposes. Privacy and data-protection rights apply.
11. Governing framework and contact
The marketplace is operated from Cyprus. Cyprus law applies subject to any mandatory consumer or conflict-of-law protections that apply to the customer. Questions about the marketplace may be sent to the platform operator at the contact details shown above. Complaints about the transport itself should normally first be directed to the selected driver.
