Is the displayed estimate the final price?
No. It is a non-binding reference estimate. Licensed drivers send their own price offers, and you decide whether to accept one.
Who sends the price offer?
Each eligible licensed driver decides whether to respond and sends their own offer, subject to applicable fare and transport law. ARISTIA does not set or approve driver offers.
How are driver offers ordered?
Active offers are displayed in the order received. ARISTIA does not rank them by price and does not recommend which driver you should choose.
Who chooses the driver?
You do. Accept an offer, wait for more offers, or cancel your request. ARISTIA does not assign a driver.
Who is the transport contract with?
With the licensed driver whose offer you accept. ARISTIA operates the marketplace and is not the carrier.
How do I pay?
You pay the selected driver directly. ARISTIA does not collect the passenger transport fare.
What if the selected driver becomes unavailable?
ARISTIA does not automatically assign a replacement. You may reopen the request and consider new offers.
Can I cancel after accepting an offer?
Yes, the platform allows you to cancel the request. After a driver has been selected, any transport-specific cancellation rights or lawful charges are between you and that driver, subject to applicable law.
Are drivers licensed?
Only drivers whose required licence, vehicle and insurance documents have been verified can use the service to send offers. Each driver remains responsible for ongoing legal compliance.
What about child seats, accessibility or oversized luggage?
Include special requirements in your request so eligible drivers can decide whether they can accommodate them and include any lawful driver-specific charge in their offer.
