1. Licensed marketplace participant

You participate in ARISTIA RIDE as a licensed transport provider. You are not an employee, worker, partner, agent, representative or transport subcontractor of I.T. ARISTIA LTD. ARISTIA RIDE provides marketplace software and does not promise a minimum number of requests or revenue.

2. Licences, vehicle and insurance

You are solely responsible for holding and maintaining every professional driving licence, Road User Licence, permit, vehicle approval, passenger-for-reward insurance, tax/business registration and other authorisation required for each transport service you offer. You must promptly update marketplace records when anything changes or expires.

3. Open requests and driver availability

ARISTIA RIDE may make customer requests visible to drivers that satisfy objective eligibility, service-area, vehicle-capacity/capability and document checks. You decide whether to respond. If you respond, you must enter your own offer amount; the platform estimate is reference information and is not a fare instruction. Other eligible drivers may also submit offers until the customer chooses one.

4. Fare responsibility and direct payment

ARISTIA RIDE may show a non-binding customer price estimate, but it does not set, negotiate or approve your offer. You enter the amount you propose to the customer and remain solely responsible for complying with every mandatory taximeter, regulated tariff, surcharge, receipt, tax and payment rule. If mandatory law requires a different fare treatment, the law prevails over the offer amount. The customer pays you directly.

5. Customer selection and transport contract

A transport relationship is formed only when the customer accepts your specific offer. The accepted offer is recorded separately from the ARISTIA estimate. From customer acceptance, you are directly responsible to the customer for the lawful transport service, subject to mandatory transport and consumer law.

6. Unavailability

If you cannot perform transport after customer selection, you must notify the customer through the platform promptly. ARISTIA RIDE does not automatically transfer or reassign the customer to another driver. The customer decides whether to reopen the marketplace request.

7. Marketplace subscription and fees

ARISTIA may charge the driver a fixed platform fee for a specific transport request. The amount, including applicable VAT, is shown to the driver before an offer is submitted, is locked for that request and becomes payable only if that transport is marked completed. No completed-trip fee is due if the customer cancels or does not show. The fee is for use of the marketplace/software and is separate from the passenger transport fare. ARISTIA does not set the transport price chosen by the driver or collect the passenger transport payment.

8. Reviews, ranking and data

Driver profiles may display customer ratings, review counts and consented reviews. Marketplace visibility may consider objective factors such as active status, valid eligibility documents, service areas, vehicle requirements, declared availability and response timing. Paid subscription does not by itself transfer the customer’s driver-selection decision to ARISTIA RIDE. You must use customer data only for legitimate transport and legal purposes.

9. Suspension, restriction and termination

ARISTIA RIDE may restrict or suspend marketplace access for invalid or expired mandatory documents, suspected fraud, security abuse, unlawful activity, serious customer-safety concerns, misuse of personal data, repeated platform-rule breaches or other objectively justified compliance reasons. Where applicable, reasons and notice will be provided in accordance with mandatory platform-to-business law.

10. Responsibility and law

You remain responsible for your transport business, vehicle, driving, employees/assistants, taxes, insurance, fare compliance and claims arising from transport. Nothing in these terms transfers ARISTIA RIDE’s own non-excludable legal responsibilities to you. Cyprus law applies subject to mandatory rules, including applicable EU platform-to-business requirements.
